The Role
As a Lead Web Developer & Performance Optimization Expert, your job goes beyond basic website design. You’ll be responsible for:
Developing high-converting, performance-optimized websites using WordPress, Elementor, Astra, and custom coding.
Conducting audits to identify and fix issues affecting search rankings.
Ensuring site performance, speed, and usability meet Google's Core Web Vitals.
Implementing structured data, schema markup, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) best practices.
Troubleshooting HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP issues to enhance functionality.
Managing multiple projects efficiently and collaborating with SEO specialists and project managers.

What You’ll Need to Succeed
At least 3 years of experience in WordPress development.
Proficiency in Elementor, Astra, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
A strong understanding of SEO-friendly website architecture.
Experience with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
Ability to troubleshoot and optimize site performance.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
