The Role

As a Lead Web Developer & Performance Optimization Expert, your job goes beyond basic website design. You’ll be responsible for:

  • Developing high-converting, performance-optimized websites using WordPress, Elementor, Astra, and custom coding.

  • Conducting audits to identify and fix issues affecting search rankings.

  • Ensuring site performance, speed, and usability meet Google's Core Web Vitals.

  • Implementing structured data, schema markup, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) best practices.

  • Troubleshooting HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP issues to enhance functionality.

  • Managing multiple projects efficiently and collaborating with SEO specialists and project managers.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • At least 3 years of experience in WordPress development.

  • Proficiency in Elementor, Astra, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.

  • A strong understanding of SEO-friendly website architecture.

  • Experience with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.

  • Ability to troubleshoot and optimize site performance.
