The Role

This isn’t a basic design job. You’ll be building, fixing, and optimizing WordPress sites that are fast, scalable, and built to convert. In this role, you'll:

  • Build clean, high-performing WordPress sites using Elementor, Astra, and custom code

  • Translate designs or PSDs into responsive, SEO-friendly pages

  • Improve Core Web Vitals, page load speed, and mobile usability

  • Implement schema markup, conversion-focused structure, and CRO principles

  • Troubleshoot HTML, CSS, PHP, and JavaScript issues

  • Collaborate with SEO and project managers to keep builds on schedule and aligned with client goals

What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • 2+ years of hands-on WordPress development experience

  • Proficiency with Elementor, Astra, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP

  • Strong understanding of SEO site structure and technical best practices

  • Experience with Google Search Console, Analytics, and Tag Manager

  • Ability to move quickly, hit deadlines, and pay attention to the small details

  • Comfortable managing multiple projects and communicating in a remote team environment
