The Role

This isn’t a basic design job. You’ll be building, fixing, and optimizing WordPress sites that are fast, scalable, and built to convert. In this role, you'll:

Build clean, high-performing WordPress sites using Elementor, Astra, and custom code
Translate designs or PSDs into responsive, SEO-friendly pages
Improve Core Web Vitals, page load speed, and mobile usability
Implement schema markup, conversion-focused structure, and CRO principles
Troubleshoot HTML, CSS, PHP, and JavaScript issues
Collaborate with SEO and project managers to keep builds on schedule and aligned with client goals

What You’ll Need to Succeed

2+ years of hands-on WordPress development experience
Proficiency with Elementor, Astra, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
Strong understanding of SEO site structure and technical best practices
Experience with Google Search Console, Analytics, and Tag Manager
Ability to move quickly, hit deadlines, and pay attention to the small details
Comfortable managing multiple projects and communicating in a remote team environment
